Specialty coffee is a new hobby for me. Before 2020, I hardly drank coffee. But halfway through the COVID lock-down, my YouTube algorithm decided I needed a new outlet. And, like the nerd I am, I went headfirst into the rabbit hole.

There are so many helpful resources online - the online coffee community is diverse, vibrant, and prolific. It wasn’t long before the question “can I do this?” turned into “how much of this will my wife let me do?”
